 ARTS & CRAFTS MARKET INFORMATION

1.     Asbury Field is the property of Marysville School District #25; we must conform to all school regulations such as: NO weapons, drugs, alcohol,

tobacco, etc on site. For more detailed information please see RCW’s under Washington State Laws.

         2.     Hours for booth set up are: Thursday, 12:00 Noon to 8:00 pm and Friday 6:30 am – 1:00 pm. All vehicles & support trailers MUST be removed

        from field area by 1:00 pm on Friday.

         3.     Saturday & Sunday gate opens to vendors at 6:30 am and all vehicles must be removed by 9:00 am.

         4.     All booths must be torn down and removed by 9:00 pm Sunday night. Any vendor contracting with rental companies and/or businesses will

        be responsible to inform them of booth removal requirements. 

         5.     Any booth tore down prior to 5:00 pm Sunday will not be invited back.

         6.     Booth spaces are marked in 10 foot increments. All booths are corner booths.

         7.     Strawberry Festival is a 3 day show. All booths must be open and manned during show hours for all 3 days. NO selling or hawking away from

        your booth. No product allowed outside the booth area or in walkways.

         8.     Maryfest does provide overnight security to reduce vandalism & thief. It is strongly recommended not to leave cash, computers, etc. in your

        booth.  Maryfest, Inc. the Maryville School Dist #25 & the City of Marysville will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal property.

         9.     No persons are allowed on premises after closing.

         10.  In case of emergency, please call 911 then notify a Maryfest market official.  We are located at: ASBERY FIELD 4^TH & ALDER MARYSVILLE

         11.  Market vendors shall conduct themselves in a personable and business like manner to all customers and other venders. Do not interfere with

         customers talking to other vendors

         12.  Vendors are responsible for collecting Washington State sales tax where applicable.

         13.  Vendors are responsible for keeping their booth space clean and free of debris. 

         14.  Electrical is for approved BOOTHS Only. Not for motor home or personal use.

         15.  No Generators allowed in vendor booth.

         16.  Maryfest reserves the right to restrict or prohibit sale or promotion of any item, product or cause for any reason at any time.

         17.  After May 1^st, registration fees will not be returned if there is a cancellation of the event due to war, acts of God, civil disobedience (riots), acts of

         terrorism or governmental requirements for closure due to health pandemic or other civil emergencies.
