Market Interest letter

Thank you for your interest in the Marysville Strawberry Festival Arts & Crafts Market. Please find on the following pages an application, (that fits your needs) and an indemnity form. PLEASE DO NOT FORGET TO SIGN THE APPLICATION. You will receive an acknowledgment in the mail if you have been accepted into the market. Packets WILL NOT be mailed out. You will receive a packet upon arrival at check in. Once payment is accepted, no refunds will be given.

This years Market days are Friday, June 20^th, Saturday, June 21st & Sunday, June 22nd . The hours will be as follows:

Market Set Up Hours: Thursday, June 19^th – 12:00 Noon to 8:00 PM

Friday, June 20^th – 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM

Market Hours: Friday, June 20^th – 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Saturday, June 21st – 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Sunday, June 22nd – 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Please note that this is a 3 day show and booths must be manned at all times during show hours

All Vehicles MUST be out of the market area by 1:00 PM on Friday. NO vehicles will be allowed into the market area after 1:00 PM on Friday or before 5:30 PM on Sunday. (Cars will be allowed in the market area as soon as the Market director deems it safe depending on crowd). No vehicles will be allowed on the field. They may be driven up to the side lines and end zone for loading and unloading. Anyone violating this will be immediately removed from the Market and not allowed to participate or asked back. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.

Any booth or item left on Sunday will be removed by the Festival Officials and it will be the responsibility of the vendor to contact Maryfest to claim any items.
