
PARADE AND MARKET VENDOR APPLICATIONS ARE NOW AVAILABLE!

Maryfest's Parade and Market-in-the-Park Committees are continuing the success and ease of submitting online applications for their respective events for the 2004 season.
A majority of the forms can be completed and returned online, however, those requiring signatures (i.e. indemnity forms, permission forms, etc.) will still have to be submitted via fax or regular mail. Payments for fees associated with parade entry will also have to be mailed.
The process was tested last year and exceeded Parade Directors' Carol Kapua and April Friesner's expectations. "Nearly half of the parade applications last year were submitted online-and another 30 percent of them were printed from the website and mailed to us," Kapua stated. "Submitting applications online is the easiest way to complete the forms and can save you time and postage!" she added.
This year the Market-in-the-Park will accept applications online in order to effectively reduce the amount of paper and postage used. The number of vendors participating in the Market usually matches the number of parade entries so similar efficiency gains are expected.
Eventually, all Festival event entry forms will be available for submitting online. Keep watching this website for updates on any changes we make!
