STATE AVENUE UPDATE!

Construction workers are working hard to complete the State Avenue project by Festival time.

The route from Grove to Fourth Street will be ready but the stretch between Fourth and Third may not. If that is the case, Festival organizers are prepared to direct the parade east down Fourth Street, then south on Columbia.
