INDEMNITY AGREEMENT

 

This form must be signed by the President of the sponsoring organization or the Principal of the school participating in the 2007 Marysville Strawberry Festival Grand Parade.

This completed form can only be mailed or faxed back to the Festival office. Please return it along with any other forms you do not complete online.

Deadline - May 1st, 2008

(your organization) agrees to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend any action against Maryfest dba the Marysville Strawberry Festival, the City of Marysville, Washington, the Marysville School District #25, North County Bank and Roy Robinson Chevrolet/Subaru,  its employees, agents and volunteers of the aforementioned, from and against all liabilities whatsoever arising out of their participation in the Marysville Strawberry Festival Grand Parade.
