2008-2009 ROYALTY

To be a member of Maryfest's Royalty Court, candidates must compete in public speaking, talent, impromptu responses and other categories.

Applications go out November 1st to any Marysville area student that meet the following criteria:

	Must live in the Marysville or Lakewood School District boundaries (this includes home schoolers and private schools),
	Senior Royalty - Between the ages of 16-19 years old by April 30, 2008,
	Junior Royalty - Must be in the Sixth Grade for the current school year,
	Grade point of at least 3.0 or above and maintain it,
	Attendance of 90% in school, and

Any persons qualifying and applying for the Royalty Court will be seriously considered. Then those persons will be advised to the protocol and schedule of all candidate appearances , including the Royalty Pageant.
