Continuing Education (College, Trade school, etc.) - My future goals are to be Valedictorian or Salutatorian and when I grow up, I would like to be an Actress in live theatre or a Cosmetologist.

Have you ever attended the Strawberry Festival? Yes If so, what is your favorite memory of the Festival? I have attended the Strawberry Festival for the last 3 years. My favorite memory was being a banner carrier for the 2008 parade but I enjoy watching the parade most.
Why did you decide to compete for the
Royalty Court?
I
decided to compete for the Royalty Court because I felt I would represent
Marysville well. Also, I know royalty from previous years. They have told me how
much fun they had and I thought it would be a great chance for a like experience.
What is your favorite tv show and/or movie? Favorite TV show: Survivor / Favorite movie: Mulan
What is your favorite song? Finding You by Bebo Norman & Grace Like Rain by Todd Agnew
What is the last book that you read? Miracles on Maple Hill by Virginia Sorenson
Who inspires you the most? Jaci Valesquez. Why? Jaci Valesquez inspires me most because she is truly a beautiful person and a great Christian singer. Jaci became famous at a very young age and has been able to retain high core values as well as being able to remain grounded in Christ when most have buckle from the pressure of fame and fortune.
If you were stranded on a deserted island – what would be the one thing that you would that you would miss most (other than your family and friends)? #1-Filtered water; #2-chapstick; #3-My iPod Touch.
If you could travel back in time, what year would you go to and why? I would like to travel back in time to the Pioneer Days of America. I would love to watch Laura Ignalls Wilder's life unfold, especially the scene from The Banks of Plum Creek when Laura told the bratty girl to stand in the creek, she got leaches all over her legs.
What advice can you give for
aspiring future Royalty Candidates?
Wear LOTS of sunscreen. Take
deep breaths. Don't think about being nervous.
