Please find enclosed entry forms, applications and race rules. Please fill them out completely and return them by June 12th, 2009. Applications not filled out in full or returned without payment will not be processed. Please notice the Penalty for race day registration. If you have any questions or concerns, please call the Festival Office and someone will return your call as quickly as possible.
